The Fiji Barefoot College, which is a solar electrification training centre, has been jointly supported by the Governments of India and Fiji and is the first of its kind in the Pacific.
Clay Energy installed this 25.76kWp PV solar system with a 77kWh battery backup as an EPC project to meet the centre’s daily power consumption needs. The system installation consists of a total of 56 x 460W JA Solar panels with a combined inverting capacity of 30kVA and expected to generate approximately 33MWh of renewable energy annually.
